🍴 Alexander’s Steakhouse ✨ Right next to Pasadena City Hall, this popular steakhouse nails it on every level — ambiance, service, and food. Perfect for dates and special celebrations! The staff are incredibly attentive, explaining each dish in detail and making smart recommendations based on your taste and group size. The whole experience was top-notch. We ordered the T-Bone Steak, which includes both filet mignon and New York strip — two textures in one! Perfectly seared outside, tender and juicy inside. Our server actually recommended the Tomahawk Steak first (larger, great for sharing, and even better quality), so we’ll definitely try that next time. Scallops were golden and crisp outside, silky inside — sauce was unique and delicious. Uni Toast was my favorite of the night — layers of flavor in every bite, truly impressive! Fried Cauliflower redefined what cauliflower can be — crispy outside, tender inside, with a sweet-and-sour dipping sauce that felt almost like fried chicken. Just a warning: it’s rich, so maybe skip if you don’t love sweet flavors. Oh, and there was a crab shooter appetizer can’t recall the exact name. The server advised us to down it in one go to appreciate the layers of texture. Taste-wise, it was okay… but looked great for photos! 😂 We were in a rush since my friend had a flight, so we skipped dessert and asked for the check. But the server took a while to bring it — turns out they were prepping a sweet surprise: a cotton candy treat for my friend and a complimentary dessert for us!
