ποΈ Rottnest Island β Home of the Quokkas & Salmon Bay π¦ Our first stop in Perth was Rottnest Island β and it did not disappoint! π We set off early in the morning. That day, the waves were huge π, and there was only one ferry running π₯Ή. As soon as we got on the boat, we were rocked like crazy β super dizzy! At one point, waves washed completely over the deck, and the boat tilted almost 60 degrees π΅. (They provide bags, just in case πβοΈ) π On the island, thereβs a hop-on-hop-off bus with 19 stops π β each one prettier than the last π€©. You can get off anytime. The sea here is unbelievably beautiful β emerald waves, dramatic cliffs, just pure magic π. π¦ And thenβ¦ the SMILEY QUOKKAS! This is their world β theyβre everywhere π. You can feed them leaves π (but nothing else!). π΄ββοΈ Lots of people bike around the island β such a cheerful vibe!
