Perth | The World's Most Isolated City
This trip to Perth was such an amazing experience! We joined a guided tour for a 4-day, 3-night adventure. We arrived on the evening of the 6th and stayed at the hotel right after landing. The real fun happened from the 7th to the 9th! Day 1οΈβ£: Perth β Lancelin β Geraldton (500 km drive) We set off around 8 AM and headed to the famous Lancelin Sand Dunes ποΈ (super windy thoughβmy hair and shoes were full of sand π). The tour provided sandboards for some thrilling sand sliding! By noon, we reached the famous Lobster Factory π¦, had a tour and enjoyed a delicious wild lobster lunch. Then we visited the stunning Emerald Bay π and even had a drone photoshoot! Finally, we drove to Geraldton. Day 2οΈβ£: Geraldton β Kalbarri (400 km drive) Highlights: π Hutt Lagoon Pink Lake (the colour is even deeper this season!) πͺ¨ Natureβs Window (not too many flies this time of year π) π Skywalk Some people from the tour went lobster fishing in the morning π£, and at night we had a big BBQ with fresh lobster π¦ β ate so much lobster over these two days I almost turned into one! You could also choose a stargazing activity at night (extra fee). Day 3οΈβ£: Geraldton β Perth (500 km drive) Stopped at: π Jurien Bay πͺ¨ The Pinnacles Desert Then drove back to the city in the afternoon. We got really lucky with the weather! π¦οΈβ¨ It rained a bit on the way to some spots, but as soon as we arrived, the sun came out βοΈ. On the first and last day, we even saw rainbows on the road π! All in all, Perth has been one of the most fun destinations Iβve visited. Wishing everyone an equally amazing travel experience! π #PerthTravel #TravelAustralia #WesternAustralia #CoastalViews #StudyInSydney #HolidayVibes
