Peruvian Flavors in Seattle: A First-Timer's Delightful Discovery
๐ A Peruvian Restaurant in Seattle We ordered three of the most recommended dishes online, and none of them disappointed ๐๐ป. Pulpo a la Parilla ๐ The octopus was expertly grilled, with a fragrant, crispy exterior and a tender, springy texture inside. Seasoned with lime juice ๐, it was full of flavorโa perfect starter to whet the appetite ๐. Pescado Ahumado ๐ This was my personal favorite ๐คฉ. The black cod was tender, juicy, and infused with a distinctive smoky aroma. The highlight, however, was the mushroom risotto beneath it ๐โthe umami of the mushrooms blended beautifully with the creamy texture of the rice. The richness of the risotto balanced perfectly with the lightness of the cod. Highly recommended ๐ซ. Pesto Risotto with Tenderloin ๐ The beef tenderloin was grilled to perfectionโtender and juicy. It was served over a rich pesto risotto with a subtle tangy note. Like the cod dish, one portion was genuinely filling ๐๐ป. The restaurant was beautifully decorated, spacious, and comfortableโdefinitely worth revisiting. As for authenticity, I canโt say for sure since Iโve never been to Peru ๐คฃ. #Seattle#Seattlelife#Seattleguide#Seattlefood#fooddiary#Seattleweekend
