Philadelphia: 🌟 Black Olive 🌟

At Black Olive, I tasted my favorite olive oil—“Moonlit Harvest.” It has the perfect balance of rich fruity flavor and a subtle bitter aroma. The oil in the bottle is a rare golden-green color, as beautiful as a home fragrance. I’m a country bumpkin, and I told the waiter, “This olive oil is so delicious! Can I take two bottles with me?” The waiter replied, “Oh, ma’am, we actually sell it here. You can pick some up after your meal.” 🌟The oil-cured tomatoes and baked feta cheese tasted like a warm, creamy tofu, with a savory and oily flavor that was simply addictive—whether eaten on its own or spread on pita bread. The charcoal-grilled squid and hummus were both delicious, especially the pita, which was warm, with a rich wheat fragrance and surprisingly good elasticity. The two main dishes featured a thick, salty, and creamy sauce that clung to the baked sea bass. The fish was incredibly fresh, and a drop of lemon sauce elevated the whole “creamy fish” dish. The classic steak was nothing extraordinary, but the accompanying fried potatoes and green beans were surprisingly delicious. The green beans were prepared in a way that reminded me of a dish from the school cafeteria during my student days: home-style eggplant. To add some dietary fiber, I ordered roasted asparagus. It tasted like spring’s pickled bamboo shoots, with a hint of Chinese toon and green rice balls. 😄 Everyone felt truly satisfied and content after this dinner. 🌟 Black Olive 🌟 📍 910 Haddonfield-Berlin Rd Suite 1, Voorhees Township, NJ 08043 #MyDailyLife #LifeInNorthAmerica #FoodieCheckIn #GlobalEatingSquad #TravelInUSA
