It's so delicious that I could eat it every day. 🌟 The plain bagel spread with salmon cream cheese (photos 5-6) is a silky, creamy mixture of fresh cream, salted lemon, and salmon. It's not a stiff, salty smoked salmon cheese filling. You can see the fresh little cubes of salmon, which are not greasy, not smoked, and even slightly sweet and refreshing. Now you know why it's salmon cream cheese instead of lox, right? 🌟 My partner had a plain bagel with "Oriental Love"—garlic chive cream cheese (photos 7-8). The base flavor is still Chinese. It tastes like a scallion pancake, with a chewy exterior and soft interior, and the aroma of scallions fills the air. The center is still soft and fragrant. It's better to tear off small pieces with your hands instead of biting into it directly. It's so delicious, chewy, and aromatic. Cream cheese is so enchanting, and bagels are so enchanting. The combination of sugar and fat is irresistible.
