Culturally and narratively, it’s beautifully aligned with its theme. Dish-wise, each course had 1–2 standout items. The "KFC" Caviar (Korean fried chicken sauce with caviar) was a novel experience. My favorite was the Millbrook Venison—cocoa powder and bold spices balanced the gamey flavor in an unexpectedly delicious way. My least favorite was the dessert section—it felt unremarkable, and the yuzu custard wasn’t to my taste. Still, a memorable star-worthy journey! ⭐ #MichelinStar #PhillyFineDining #KoreanFrenchFusion #TastingMenu #FoodAdventure
