Philadelphia’s Sourdough Bread & Breakfast Spot 🥖 ☕️

I finally visited the highly-rated bakery I marked on Google Maps on Sunday! 📍 It was definitely worth the short wait in line on a weekend morning. All the bread here is made with natural yeast, and the variety is so extensive that I was spoiled for choice! I ended up taking two loaves home, and the rich wheat aroma hit me as soon as I got the bag. 🌾 Here are my picks—none of them disappointed: Iced Americano ⭐️⭐️⭐️: It was average, but the barista kindly added oat milk and regular milk for me. Iced Matcha Latte ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️: This was unsweetened, and the matcha quality was impressive. It smelled and tasted great with oat milk. For breakfast: Avocado Toast ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️: The presentation was beautiful, and I added smoked salmon on top. The poached egg was cooked to perfection. Fig, Hazelnut & Honey Danish ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️: All their pastries are made with natural yeast, making them extra flaky and crispy—right up my alley! The seasonal flavor was fantastic, and I can’t wait to try their butter croissant next time. Quiche ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️: There were two options in the store—one with seasonal goat cheese and the other with ham, which we chose. It was incredibly flavorful. In addition to bread and meals, the store also sells granola, jam, almond butter, pistachio butter, and other products.
