Run for Restaurant Week! So worth it and super delicious! ๐ Everything we ordered was a hit. Four of us shared two Restaurant Week menus + two extra mains โ more than enough and much cheaper! Totally scored with this deal ๐โจ The restaurant has a cute little storefront tucked between small buildings. Even the menu illustration is adorable! ๐ Truffle Gnocchi โ Truffle potato pasta! Iโve tried making gnocchi at home before, and let me just say ๐โฆ this one was amazing! Soft yet chewy, with an incredible truffle sauce. I kept scraping the plate even when I was stuffed โ this was my favorite! Must-order! ๐ Squid Ink Pasta โ With mussels and squid. Tasty red sauce, though nothing extraordinary. It cooled down pretty fast, but if you love seafood or squid ink pasta, go for it! ๐ Veal Saltimbocca โ Recommended by our server. The meat was a bit salty, almost like jerky, and the ham made it saltierโฆ but the little tomatoes inside were super, super good โ tangy and rich in tomato flavor! Loved them! ๐ Brussels Sprouts โ So, so good!! My recent attempts at making them havenโt turned out great, but these were amazing โ crispy outside, tender inside, well-seasoned, and even better with ham slices. Highly recommend! ๐ Amuse โ Complimentary appetizer for Restaurant Week: goat cheese + balsamic. Tasty and fragrant! ๐ Caesar Salad โ Just your regular Caesar. ๐ NY Strip Steak โ Tasted like teppanyaki-style black pepper beef with a nice charred flavor. Pretty good! The corn salad pairing was delicious, and the mashed potatoes were nice too โ but we were seriously full by thenโฆ ๐ฎ Tiramisu โ โโโ Big disappointment. Barely any mascarpone cheese โ couldnโt even see it. Worse than what I could buy at Whole Foods. So poorly made, it might get the restaurant arrested by the Tiramisu Police Chief. ๐ฎโโ๏ธ๐ซ ๐ฎ Cannoli Trio โ โโ Not good. Maybe just eat the filling and skip the shell. Otherwise, hard pass. Do not recommend either dessert. Just donโt. But overall, Restaurant Week is totally worth it here!
