Philadelphia · Samarkand Steakhouse

🌟A Uzbek restaurant located around Philadelphia, about a 40-minute drive from downtown. It's a bit far, but it's worth a visit. 🌟The decor leans towards American style, and I'm not sure if the taste also leans towards American (I've never had authentic Uzbek food, so I dare not comment). The restaurant is quite large, with two floors, so you can just walk in, and it's open until 11 PM. 🌟The menu offers more dishes than Uzbekistan Restaurant, with two full pages that are dizzying to look at. We asked the waiter for recommendations, and all the dishes were great. After ordering, we realized that their official website's menu has pictures. 🍢 Two types of beef, lamb ribs, chicken hearts, and skewers are quite large. If you want to try them, it feels like you can order one of each, and it's enough to eat. Among the four of us, there's a brother who never leaves food uneaten, which commands respect, and it's more than enough to eat. It's quite fragrant, but it doesn't taste much like lamb, and it's not quite the same as the meat skewers back in China. 🌟 Plov Samarkand, a beef and mutton pilaf, is delicious! It's a huge plate, and the rice is really fragrant. #Philadelphia #PhiladelphiaFood #PhiladelphiaLife #UzbekBBQ #GrilledMeat
