Philadelphia 🇺🇸 / Should Be Global / The Greatest Bagel
🌟 The Kettle Black 🌟 📍 631 N 2nd St, Philadelphia, PA 19123 🏅 Google Rating 4.9 (I’d Give It 5) To me, a bakery’s bagel is good enough to win an award if it’s this delicious. Especially the sesame bagel—freshly baked and still warm, the chef slices through it, and the crispy bagel crust doesn’t crumble into crumbs. 🥯 The sweet flavor with a touch of savory adds layers of rich and aromatic taste. The bagel’s crust is delicate yet chewy, while the inside is soft. It’s a testament to exceptional skill. The texture is incomparable to ordinary bagels. It reminds me of the perfect balance in a top-notch pancake. Delicious! 🌟 The jalapeno cream cheese spread is mesmerizing. The rich cream cheese is generously mixed with fresh jalapeño chunks, giving a fresh and spicy kick. I think it would taste amazing even spread on a napkin, let alone on a toasted sesame bagel underneath! 🌶️ 🌟 The garlic chives cream cheese tastes like a cheese-filled scallion pancake from Wangjia Sha. It’s aromatic and warm without being greasy. I also enjoyed their coffee, and I couldn’t resist scraping off a bit of the cream cheese and sesame seeds stuck to the paper. The combination of salty, sweet, dry, and moist, finished off with a sip of sparkling water, is essential for a satisfying meal. 🥪 I look forward to my next visit next week! ❗️❗️❗️ My favorite, once again, recorded and shared with all of you. 💟 #food #lifeinNorthAmerica #foodiecheckin #globalfoodcrew #travelUSA #PhillyEats #PhillyLife #healing #mydailyroutine #globalfoodcritic #founddelicious #bagel #breadhead #bagelsandwich #hiddenrestaurant #brunch #baking #favoritefoodrescue #dailyshare #Philadelphia #wanttotelltheworld #PhillyEats
