Philadelphia Has No Shortage of Delicious Restaurants
Who Invented Scallop Toast?! Little Fish is just outrageously delicious... Every single dish is a standout. 🐚 Scallop Toast 🩵🩵🩵🩵🩵🩵🩵 (Raw scallops, buttery toast, spicy chili oil, tamari, chives) Imagine tender scallops placed on crispy, toasted bread. Each bite bursts with layers of flavor in your mouth. It’s pure bliss! 🍞 Big Eye Tuna Crudo 🩵🩵🩵🩵 Charred onion bits, refreshing cucumber slices, melt-in-your-mouth thin slices of tuna, and fresh parsley sauce. The combination completely shattered my preconceived notion of tuna’s dense texture. Plus, it seems super easy to recreate at home! 🐟 Shrimp Papaya Salad 🩵🩵🩵🩵🩵 (Herbs, cabbage, finger chili, vinaigrette) The salad is exceptional. The shrimp are tender and aromatic, full of rich, savory flavors. Normally, I avoid radishes and red cabbage, but this dish—with its tangy-sweet dressing, crispy julienned veggies, cilantro, and mint—unlocks a whole new world of taste. 🦐 🩵🩵🩵 A soft, unidentified fish, paired with roasted broccoli, refreshing watercress, thin rice noodles, and a tangy, herb-infused dressing. It feels like a trip to a Southeast Asian restaurant. Surprisingly, the roasted broccoli is my favorite part—I’m a sucker for that wok-charred flavor! 🥬 🦀 Crab and Uni Cream Pasta 🩵🩵🩵🩵🩵🩵 The crab and uni cream pasta is divine. The crab, roe, and uni blend perfectly with the creamy sauce, served with soft, pale-green pasta. Each bite makes me feel incredibly grateful to be alive. In the spirit of Mother’s Day, I must thank my amazing mom! 🦀 🧀 Pre-Dinner Bread 🩵🩵 The butter is infused with rose petals—so refreshing! Just be careful not to fill up on it before the main course. 🥪 🧺 The plates are incredibly beautiful—vintage, elegant, and made of fine ceramic. The open kitchen feels like a gathering of friends who love life, chatting and cooking together. It gives me the feeling of dining at a private chef’s home. Their passion and dedication to the dishes are what make this place so delicious and charming. 🍳 #PhillyNoProbs #LittleFish #SeafoodLovers #Scallop #DeliciousFood
