Philadelphia Indonesian Street Food: Martabak OK

😋Indonesian street food — the taste is great, and I recommend everyone to give it a try!😋 😋Perhaps due to COVID, dining-in is not allowed, and takeout is the only option. The area is mostly residential, making parking a bit inconvenient. Note: Ordering and making the pancake on the spot takes a long time, so it's recommended to place your order by phone or online before going to pick it up. 😋Sweet Martabak (8.5/10) The sweet pancake, an Indonesian friend recommended we choose the traditional filling of cheese + peanut crumbs + chocolate sprinkles (Cheese + peanut + chocolate sprinklers). 😋Taking a bite out of the freshly baked pancake is incredibly fragrant! The three fillings are perfectly blended. This pancake is best enjoyed hot, and a piece or two can bring you immense satisfaction both taste-wise and psychologically. However, be careful not to eat too much, as it's high in calories. 😋Savory Martabak (8.5/10) We chose the traditional filling of beef + egg + scallions, and the finished product looks a bit like a beef pie. The freshly baked crust is very crispy, and the filling is a perfect combination of savory and fresh, with excellent texture and taste. Apart from being a bit oily, this pie is a very tasty high-protein snack. 😋Crispy Tofu (9.5/10) Before ordering this, I thought it was just fried tofu, but after taking a bite, I was truly amazed! The batter has a slightly light taste, and the tofu is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The most essential part is the dipping sauce! It starts with a sweet taste, but the aftertaste is an intensely strong spiciness! It's incredibly refreshing and addictive, making it hard to stop after just one bite. #USA #Philadelphia #Food #PhiladelphiaFood
