Just tried this newly opened place for the first time! They have a pushcart service before 4 p.m., and even after 4 p.m., the menu is still complete with freshly ordered and steamed dishes. I ordered a bunch to try out the flavors, covering almost all the meat dishes. Super Delicious Series 🌟🌟 Steamed Pork Ribs: Normally not a big fan, but these ribs are not greasy at all! They are perfectly seasoned, savory and flavorful, and the accompanying pumpkin is also very tasty. Char Siu Puffs: The char siu is sweet and fragrant, with an extremely generous amount of filling! Eggplant Stuffed with Shrimp Paste: The eggplant is very juicy, and the combination with the shrimp paste filling is truly delicious! Fresh Bamboo Rolls: My all-time favorite. The filling is abundant, with a perfect combination of chewy shrimp and crunchy water chestnuts. Beef Short Ribs: Four very large pieces of beef short ribs, with excellent seasoning and texture. Good Enough Series 🤝 Scallion and Ginger Beef Tripe: The portion is decent, and the tripe is fresh. The ginger flavor is a bit strong, which may depend on personal taste. Shrimp Paste Stuffed Jalapeños: The taste is good with a certain level of spiciness, but the portion is quite small, using only three jalapeños. Mung Bean Sprout Dumplings: A signature dish here, with fresh and tender mung bean sprouts and a generous portion. The only downside is that the wrapper is a bit thick. Not Recommended: Black Sesame Rolls 👀 First time trying this, and since I haven't had it at other places, I found it a bit too sweet and greasy. It's not very good when eaten cold. Maybe because it just opened, the dim sum here (especially the meat dishes) can be said to be the best in town. If I don't want to drive out, I would definitely come here. Many other places are becoming more expensive and less tasty. While waiting for the dishes, the waitress brought a cup of hot tea, which really boosted my impression!
