Found another gem in Ktown — Damsot! Based on Xiaohongshu recs, ordered the highly-rated steak rice and eel rice. Steak was super tender with a light sear, big chunks that lock in juice; eel rice had rich sauce, delicate fish with no fishiness — so satisfying 🤤 Also tried the soba combo — perfect for summer, refreshing and cooling 🍜 Seems like a new menu item — highly recommend! For snacks, got fried eggplant — the dipping sauce was interesting, like tangy mayo, cuts through the grease perfectly. After finishing the rice, you can pour barley tea into the pot to make rice crust soup. Not really my thing (I prefer the crispy rice itself), but heard it’s healthy. If you like that texture, give it a try!
