Port Elizabeth Road Trip ~ Day 1! 🚗💨🇿🇦

First time guiding clients on a rainy day tour ☔. Originally planned to find travel buddies in Cape Town, but everyone flaked! 😤 Ended up using our own "South Africa Bunny" car 🐰🚗. Day 0: • Picked up clients at Cape Town International Airport ✈️ • Dropped them at hotel 🏨 • Evening drive around Sea Point 🌊 & Bo-Kaap colorful houses 🏠 (in pouring rain!) • Grocery run at Tops Spar 🛒 where we met a lovely lady grilling steaks - so friendly! 🥩👩🏾‍🍳 Rainy Day Adventures: ☁️ Morning: • Table Mountain & Signal Hill = complete fog-out 🌫️👎 • Simon's Town penguins 🐧 → closed due to monsoon-level rain! But saw 2 wild penguins playing on rocks 💙 🌊 Afternoon: • Cape of Good Hope (R400/~$21) - EMPTY! Client had private viewing 👑 • Free hike to lighthouse 🗼 or funicular (R80/~$4.30 one-way) ☀️ When Sun Came Out: • Penguins at Boulders Beach 🐧🎟️ • Lunch at Bertha's 🍽️ • Chapman's Peak Drive (R61/~$3.30) - dreamlike views! 😍 • Llandudno Beach warning: crazy steep hill ⚠️🚙💨 🌙 Evening: • Victoria & Alfred Waterfront 🏙️ • Dinner with beer-braised beef 🍖🍺 • Night views before hotel dropoff 🛏️ Why Our Tours Rock: ✓ Fully customizable itineraries 📝🔄 ✓ Last-minute changes?
