🍃The restaurant boasts an impeccable location in the heart of Toluca's historic district, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering beautiful views of the city square. 🎈The elegant interior blends contemporary minimalism with traditional Mexican elements. 😋We tried the traditional Mexican stew "Carne en su Jugo" - the tender meat and rich broth perfectly showcased local flavors.📷Their signature shrimp soup "Caldo de Camarón", made with fresh ingredients and balanced spiciness, is ideal for cold weather. 🍰However, during one of our three visits, we experienced disappointing service. Clearly understaffed, the wait between courses stretched to 40 minutes, with no staff checking if we needed more drinks or desserts. 🍝We recommend visiting during off-peak hours (weekday afternoons 2-4pm) when service is more consistent.
