šŸ“ Portland’s Freshest Omakase Experience!

As a city known as a "sister city to Japan," Portland truly lives up to its reputation when it comes to food. This time, I made a reservation a week in advance for Hamono Sushi, a place I’d been wanting to try for a long time. The best part? It’s AYCE (All You Can Eat)! šŸ£āœØ At first, I thought the quality might not be exceptional since it’s AYCE, but I was completely proven wrong! Every dish was incredibly fresh and delicious, rivaling even Ć  la carte specialty sushi restaurants. The chef started by presenting the restaurant’s omakase menu, which consisted of three rounds. But I was lucky enough to taste even more! The owner was super kind and let me try four different cuts of tuna and uni from three different regions! 🐟🌊 Each bite was rich and flavorful—I was genuinely amazed. It was even better than some of the sushi I’ve had in Japan! After finishing the omakase menu, I could order additional items from the back of the menu. I highly recommend their A5 Wagyu, lightly seared to release its aromatic richness—it simply melts in your mouth. 🤤 And the best part? The price is incredibly reasonable for such high quality. By the end of the meal, I was completely stuffed… I had to go shopping at Sephora afterward to walk it off! This was the only meal I needed for the entire day. šŸ’« I’ve tried several other famous sushi spots in Portland, including the well-known Murata, but Hamono Sushi left the deepest impression on me. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Portland! Highly recommended for sushi lovers who value freshness and quality. šŸ“Œ Hamono Sushi šŸ“ 620 SW 9th Ave., Portland, OR 97205 #PortlandFood #SushiLover #AYCE #UniHeaven #WagyuPerfection #FoodieReview
