Portland|Army Stew Warms Both Tummy and Heart!

I finally tried that Korean restaurant I’d passed by so many times! 😊 I always thought, “Next time,” but kept putting it off. To be honest, I’ve always believed the Korean food in Beaverton is more authentic, but with the chilly weather lately, I was craving something warm. When I saw they served Army Stew, I decided to give it a go! 🍲 The moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by a rich, savory aroma that made my stomach rumble! 🤤 They offered several types of Army Stew, so we went with the classic. The broth was truly amazing—rich but not heavy, with a subtle spiciness that felt incredibly comforting! The ingredients were generous too. Besides the usual instant noodles, they even added glass noodles! Slurping up those noodles soaked in the flavorful soup was absolutely delightful! 👍 We also ordered japchae (stir-fried glass noodles), which was delicious! 🍜 The noodles were chewy and paired perfectly with the vegetables and beef—I couldn’t stop eating! The seafood pancake and bulgogi (Korean grilled beef) were solid too. While they didn’t blow me away, they were definitely satisfying and well-made. 😋 In terms of value, I thought it was great! The prices were reasonable, the portions were generous, and there was parking right in front—so convenient for drivers! 🅿️ This experience totally changed my perspective—I had no idea Portland had such great Korean food! I’ll definitely be back, especially on cold days. A hot pot of Army Stew is all you need to warm up! ❤️ Address: 7901 SE Powell Blvd, Ste A1, Portland, OR 97206 #Portland #KoreanFood #WinterHotPot #PortlandFood #PortlandExploration #PortlandTravel #KoreanCuisine #PortlandKoreanFood
