I arrived in Portland on Thanksgiving night, and all the recommended restaurants were fully booked. So I just chose this one near my hotel on a whim… and it blew me away ✨! 🥬 Brussels SproutsThey looked a little charred when they arrived, and I thought they might not taste good— but they were absolutely delicious! Served with a poached egg, bacon, and a savory sauce, mixing all the ingredients together created a flavor that was out of this world. Hands down the best Brussels sprouts I’ve ever had 🥓! 🍝 Clam SpaghettiIf you love clams, don’t miss this! The portion of clams was super generous, and the pasta was coated in rich sauce—every bite with a clam was perfection. Note: A squeeze of lemon adds a slight tang, so keep that in mind if you don’t love acidic flavors 🍋! 🐟 Pacific HalibutThis main dish was incredible! The fish was fresh and tender, and the sauce had a subtle cumin-like flavor. Dipping a piece of the flaky halibut into the accompanying sauce was pure satisfaction—each bite felt like a treat 🥰!
