Today I tried Argentine cuisine at Lechon! This highly-rated restaurant definitely lived up to its reputation! πŸ₯° The moment I stepped in, the large aquarium caught my eye – so calming to watch the colorful fish swimming in blue water. πŸ’™ We started with Shrimp Ceviche 🦐 The Mexican-style marinade was tangy and refreshing! Served with crispy tortilla chips – each bite was irresistible. The portion was generous enough to almost make a meal by itself! πŸ‘ The Brisket Empanadas arrived piping hot~ πŸ”₯ Flaky pastry wrapped around incredibly tender braised beef. The cheese sauce was a bit rich though, better to use it sparingly! πŸ‘Œ For the main, Flank Steak cooked medium rare πŸ₯© Cut open to reveal a perfect pink interior! Juicy and tender, with a chili sauce that added flavor without any real heat – great for those who avoid spice. πŸ’― The biggest surprise was the Smoked Duck Breast! πŸ— Expected it to be dry, but it was remarkably tender.
