Portland | Must eat food
Portland Chinese food alert! If you love soup dumplings, this is a must-visit!!! The xiao long bao here is incredible—all freshly wrapped, and somehow rarely break! You have no idea how long it’s been since I had such delicious soup dumplings. Ireland is truly a food desert 🌵, so this was a revelation. The lines get crazy long on weekends 👥, so I recommend going in the afternoon. They also have lunch specials—such a steal! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hit this spot 3 times during my 1-week Portland trip. Easily one of the best pork xiao long bao 🥟 I’ve ever had. Portions are generous 🍲, prices 💲 are reasonable, and their string beans? Chef’s kiss 👩🍳. Weekday lunch specials are a win too—if you work nearby, it’s hands down one of the best lunch spots around. Weekend dinners get packed with long queues, but arriving early avoids the wait. Bonus: their queuing system is smart—you can wander around while you wait! Plus, it’s one of Portland’s late-night heroes, open till 1 a.m. ⏰ Perfect for midnight cravings. For drink lovers 🍻, there’s an Irish 🇮🇪 bar right nearby! An oyster restaurant is literally next door 🦪, and the iconic Voodoo Doughnut 🍩 is just a 1-minute walk away—talk about convenience! #portland #voodoo #PortlandEats #ChineseFood #XiaoLongBao #FoodieGuide
