Tonight, I celebrated my birthday at 📍C'est Si Bon! Bistro+Vins and had an amazing fine dining experience! The restaurant might look modest from the outside, but every dish was a delightful surprise—like uncovering a hidden treasure! 🎉🍾 We opted for the Tasting Menu with shared wine pairings. Each course came with a thoughtfully matched wine, making the whole meal feel extra special! 🍷✨ Though the place appears unassuming, the flavors were unexpectedly fantastic—I’m officially a fan! ❤️ The first soup was absolutely incredible! Rich, smooth, and downright heartwarming. The only downside? The portion was way too small… I almost wanted to hold up a sign: “More soup, please!” 🫕😂 The duck course that followed was just okay, a bit of a letdown. 🦆 But the dessert? The real star of the show! While most people ordered crepes, I went for the Crème Brûlée—and oh my, it was the best decision! 🔥 The caramelized sugar on top was perfectly crisp, making a satisfying “crack” under my spoon, while the custard underneath was creamy and not overly sweet.
