Portuguese Roast Chicken in Jersey City--Tribos Peri Peri

1️⃣ Top recommendation is the half chicken dark meat, specifically the two large drumsticks that are tender and fragrant! 2️⃣ The chicken tenders are also very delicious!! They can be ordered individually, or as a rice bowl, or with pita or in a wrap. Their pita is also incredibly fragrant!! Soft and chewy, it becomes very juicy with the addition of lettuce and tomatoes, and I think it's better than the wrap. 3️⃣ The flavorful chicken wings and lamb chops tie for third place, although sometimes the lamb chops can be a bit tough. 4️⃣ The chicken breast (white meat) is okay, but it can't compare to the juicy drumsticks or the more flavorful chicken tenders. 5️⃣ The grilled corn is better than the fries (probably because the fries can get soggy upon delivery). The garlic sauce that comes with the meal is very fragrant!!
