We were lucky to snag a table that had just opened up. ✨The atmosphere was warm and intimate, with candlelight and tasteful tile decor creating a romantic yet relaxed vibe. 🍷 Dorcha ‘Oranza’ A house rosé — a nice choice for a evening drink. Paired beautifully with the soft candlelight. 🐚 Raw RI Scallop At first glance, you almost miss the scallop — but once you taste it, it’s tender and melts in your mouth. 🍒The seasoning is tangy and savory, balanced by mild, unseasoned radish slices. Sweet and fresh with a delicate briny flavor! 🐟 Whole Wood-Roasted Fish A signature dish! You can see it being freshly roasted in a wood-fired oven — watching the process is strangely soothing. Today’s fish was sea robin — springy in texture, with crispy skin and tender meat. 🍑 Wood-Roasted Basque-Style Cheesecake Served with white peach.
