🌟Their seafood noodles are the best I’ve ever had—even better than the ones at Shandong Restaurant in Calgary! 🍖Their sweet and sour pork is also incredible! 🌟The sweet and sour pork at Shandong Restaurant can get a bit cloying if you eat too much, but not here. The fried rice is delicious too—everything is just so tasty. 🍖 🌟I always order the spicy seafood noodles every time I go (there’s a non-spicy option available), and I used to go almost three or four times a month. 🌟The ultimate AYCE (All You Can Eat) in Edmonton! ❤️ 🌟Admittedly, I haven’t tried many other places like this, but this one is truly delicious! I was worried it might be crowded on a Friday, but we walked right in and got a table. ❤️ Lucky us! 🎉 ❤️The ingredients are super fresh—I wanted to order everything! What I love most is that it’s a buffet combining Japanese cuisine and barbecue, which is perfect for my taste. ❤️ It’s like getting the best of two worlds in one meal! 🌍 🌟Even the sushi rice is amazing—slightly vinegared, sticky but not clumpy, holding all the fillings together like a pro. You can’t go wrong with this spot, just go for it!❤️ 🍣 The sushi bar is a total highlight! Fat, juicy salmon nigiri with a dot of wasabi 🌿 that sneaks up on you, spicy tuna rolls with a creamy mayo drizzle, and even fancy ones with tempura shrimp inside—crunchy and satisfying. I stacked my plate so high, my friend laughed and said I looked like a sushi dragon 🐉. 🍢 The barbecue section is where things get really fun. You grab a tray, pile on marinated meats, and hand it to the grill masters—they cook it right in front of you, searing the edges to a caramelized char 🔥. The kalbi short ribs are a must: marinated in a sweet-soy glaze that caramelizes on the grill, the meat falls off the bone with a gentle nudge. Then there’s the teriyaki chicken, juicy and sticky, and the garlic beef bulgogi, so flavorful you’ll want to wrap it in lettuce with a dollop of gochujang 🌶️. #Edmonton#Edmontoncuisine
