Ragusa, Sicily Restaurant Review - I Banchi

After sunbathing at Calamosche Beach all day, my husband and I headed to Ragusa for dinner. We found this place with a Michelin two-star chef and decided to try it. But red flags started from the ordering process... 🍽️ The Experience (Honest Take) 1️⃣ Service Attitude: The manager took forever to take our order and had this "Viennese arrogance" about her 😒 Waitstaff seemed untrained (likely immigrants) - they almost served our dish to another table! 2️⃣ Food Review: 🐟 Fish Tasting Menu (4 courses): Only the first fish course and dessert were decent The squid and pasta tasted like supermarket ready-meals ✨ Hidden Gem: Their house-made olive oil!
