๐ Ramen Danbo: The Affordable Ramen Spot in New York ๐ฅข
Iโve been here countless times, and I still think their ramen is just amazing! ๐ I highly recommend visiting during lunch hour because itโs super affordable (ramen + $5 for a combo). I usually go for the dumplings and two toppings! ๐ข Their mini donburi is also great, but donโt forget to ask what the daily donburi is. ๐ฑ They serve Hakata-style ramen, similar to Ichiran Ramen, and you can customize your bowl: Noodle thickness Noodle firmness Broth richness Amount of pork fat Spicy sauce ๐ There are four main flavors of ramen: Tonkotsu Ramen (Classic): Rich and creamy broth! Simple yet delicious. ๐ Shio Ramen: Perfect for those who prefer a lighter taste! You wonโt feel bloated after finishing a bowl. ๐ Miso Ramen: Havenโt tried this one yet. ๐ Negigoma Ramen: The sesame flavor is so aromatic! ๐ Each flavor comes in three types: Regular Rekka (spicy version) โ perfect if you like it hot! Chashu-Men (comes with six slices of chashu) โ great if youโre a meat lover! Every ramen comes with two slices of chashu (vegan option available with tofu if you prefer). ๐ ๐In winter, they have a curry special that I absolutely love, and in summer, thereโs a tomato special thatโs also really good! ๐ Average cost: $20+ ๐ Ramen Danbo Two locations: Brooklyn and the West Village in Manhattan. #NewYork ๐๐
