Recommendation | Italian Restaurant in Seattle’s University Village

🌟Wherever I go, I always love to find Italian restaurants to eat at. Piatti is a quiet and simply decorated Italian restaurant with a modern design touch! I went on a weekend afternoon and ordered the bread as an appetizer, followed by the Short rib sugo and Gnocchi. 🌟The bread was not sourdough, but I quite liked it anyway. Both pastas were pretty good; the Gnocchi didn’t have a strong cheese flavor, which was different from what I’ve had elsewhere. 🌟Personally, I preferred the Short rib sugo – the meat sauce wasn’t too salty, just right. Overall, I would recommend it; the atmosphere is comfortable, and I really enjoyed the dining experience. It’s nice to eat at a leisurely pace in a quiet setting. 🌟I’ve heard their brunch is also good, available until 3 PM. I had pastries in the morning, so I didn’t try the brunch. #ItalianCuisine #SeattleSurroundings #RestaurantRecommendations #HiddenGemRestaurants #AtmosphericRestaurants #SeattleRestaurants #SeattleWeekend #SeattleFoodExploration #UniversityVillage #SeattleFood
