Recommendation for a Korean Restaurant in Plano, Dallas - JinMi

๐ŸŠOn Saturday noon, when thinking about what to eat, my teammate and I both thought of visiting Jinmi again. My teammate loves their stone pot bibimbap, while I, a soup lover, believe it has the best braised oxtail soup among the Korean restaurants near my home (this conclusion is drawn after trying many places in Carrollton's Korean town). However, upon entering the restaurant, we were surprised to see that it was empty. It was Saturday noon! How could there be no customers? ๐Ÿ˜‹After placing our order and sitting down to wait for our food, my teammate and I started discussing why there were no customers on a Saturday noon. My teammate casually replied, "Because any restaurant or dish you like will eventually disappear." ๐Ÿ‘It seems I have a cursed trait: any restaurant or menu item I like tends to disappear after a while. Moreover, I found it strange that such a delicious place had no online reviews or discussions. I have only tried their No. 26 oxtail soup, and it's simply delicious! The meat is tender and the soup is very flavorful. My teammate loves their stone pot bibimbap. It doesn't seem to have any standout features at first glance, but it's actually very tasty. ๐Ÿ The only downside is that there are no options for those who can't eat spicy food. We specifically ordered a non-spicy bibimbap for our little one, but she still found it a bit spicy. It might be due to the kitchen utensils being mixed up. #FoodDiary #WeeklyFoodCheckIn #Food
