Recommendations for seafood restaurants in Florence

Last time, the most memorable thing about this restaurant was their bread, which was truly delicious. The complimentary appetizers and desserts were also very tasty, while the main courses were just average in my memory. ❤️❤️❤️ This time, with a new menu, every dish I tried was exceptionally good. I've dined at most of the Michelin Guide-recommended and Michelin-starred restaurants in Florence, and none of them have impressed me as much as this meal. (Of course, this is a matter of personal taste.) 😍😍😍 The seafood is mostly wild-caught. The red prawns are incredibly sweet and rich in flavor, even the heads are delicious. I also discovered for the first time that scampi can be paired with foie gras. The only minor drawback was that the pasta was a bit too salty for my taste. The complimentary appetizers and desserts (see photo 3), as well as the after-dinner digestive drink (with a slight hint of alcohol), were all very enjoyable.
