Regina Food: Thai Cuisine 🍜🇹🇭

After spending a sweet afternoon with the adorable little lambs 🐑, I came back feeling a bit relaxed but ready for a nice meal. After a short rest, I headed out around 8 PM in the evening—perfect timing for dinner! It was my first time visiting this Thai spot, and I was thrilled to find it located on the street right opposite Cornwall Center in downtown Regina—super easy to find! 🏙️ I ordered four dishes to share, and let me tell you, each one was a hit! First up: pineapple fried rice 🍍, fluffy and fragrant with bits of sweet pineapple, crunchy cashews, and savory shrimp that made every bite burst with flavor. Then there was the beef curry 🍛—rich, creamy coconut sauce coating tender chunks of beef, with just the right amount of aromatic Thai herbs that had us spooning it over rice nonstop. The chicken with cashews 🥜 was another standout: juicy pieces of chicken stir-fried with crisp bell peppers, onions, and plump cashews, all tossed in a glossy sauce that was slightly sweet and incredibly satisfying. And let’s not forget the squid 🦑—tender, perfectly cooked, with a gentle, pleasant spiciness that added a fun little kick without being overwhelming. My kid, who’s become quite the mini food critic lately, even said the dishes here are more beautifully presented and exquisitely prepared than the ones at the Nepalese restaurant we love—high praise indeed! 👧✨ By the end of the meal, every last bit of the food and rice was gone—total clean plates all around! 🥢 Including the tip, the total came to just over 80 CAD, which felt like amazing value for such delicious, authentic Thai food. I left feeling full and happy, already planning to come back soon! By the time I got home, it was past 9 PM, but the sky was still bright with that lovely, lingering summer light—such a cozy way to end the day in Regina! 🌞🌆 #VietnameseFood #ThaiFood #Regina #UniversityOfRegina #ReginaFood #ReginaChineseCommunity #ReginaLife #ReginaEatsAndEntertainment #ReginaLocalEvents
