Restaurant Recommendation|HATCH Yakitori + Bar in Downtown LA 🍢✨

💚 HATCH Yakitori + Bar 📍 700 W 7th St Suite G600, Los Angeles, CA 90017 On our last night, we tried this Japanese yakitori spot near our hotel—and it was surprisingly delicious! We parked on the street ($5/hour) and found the restaurant downstairs in a quiet plaza. Not too crowded, but the food really impressed! 🍞 Avo Tuna Toast I loved this one! The base is like Shanghai-style crispy fried rice cake—chewy inside, crunchy outside. The avocado and tuna on top were fresh and flavorful—a perfect Japanese-American fusion! 🥩 Beef Skewers My husband ordered these, and the meat was incredibly tender! Topped with freshly grated wasabi—such a tasty combo! 🍙 Unagi with Crispy Black Rice (forgot the name!) Grilled eel over super crispy black rice—a unique and satisfying texture. The unagi was well-seasoned and delicious! A low-key but flavorful find in DTLA—great for a relaxed dinner with tasty skewers and creative dishes! #LAEats #HATCHYakitori #DowntownLA #Yakitori #JapaneseFood #HiddenGem #DTLAFood
