Restaurant Review|JAE BU DO in Los Angeles 🦀🔥
A Korean-style seafood BBQ spot located north of Ktown—cozy and not too crowded on a Sunday evening. We ordered the A Combo and a side of Sea Eel. The combo was solid overall, though the sea eel was just okay for the price. 1️⃣ Spicy Cold Seafood Bowl 🥗 Served with side dishes—includes shrimp, sashimi, and fresh veggies. Mildly spicy, perfect for kicking off the meal! 2️⃣ Vegetable Pancake 🥞 Pretty standard (and surprisingly, no dipping sauce came with it 😂—though other sauces were available). Steamed Egg was decent, but the Corn Cheese was a highlight! 🌽🧀 3️⃣ Assorted Seafood 🐚🦐 Everything was fresh, and they provide gloves so your hands stay clean! The staff grills everything for you and clears shells promptly—great service! 👏 4️⃣ Noodle Soup 🍜 Served at the end—chewy noodles in a flavorful broth. I happily had three bowls! 😋 5️⃣ Sea Eel 🐍 Served with perilla leaves, garlic, and Korean soybean paste—authentic style! The eel was fresh, but the value felt a bit lacking. 📍 Address: 474 N Western Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90004 A fun spot for seafood lovers—especially if you enjoy interactive dining and fresh grilled flavors! #USA #FoodReview #RestaurantCheckIn #DateNightSpot #LosAngeles #Seafood #BBQ #KoreanFood #Foodie #HiddenRestaurant #LADining #KtownEats #GrilledSeafood #ComboMeal #ServiceWithSmile
