🍕 Restaurant Review || Pizzeria Spacca Napoli
After hitting several disappointing spots lately, I've decided to only visit places that are consistently packed - and this Port Moody pizzeria I've driven past for 2-3 years definitely fits the bill! Every time I passed by, the place was buzzing, and I kept telling myself "I need to try this someday." Well, today was finally the day! ✨ TRUFFLE FRIES Crispy fries with aromatic truffle oil, served with a special tomato sauce (the kind used for pasta) - absolutely delicious! ✨ TAGLIERE DI SALUMI E FORMAGGI Charcuterie board with assorted cured meats and cheeses, served with flatbread and fig jam (the jam was particularly amazing!) ✨ GNOCCHI QUATTRO FORMAGGI Pillowy potato gnocchi in a rich four-cheese sauce. While incredibly creamy and flavorful, the cheese might be a bit overwhelming for those not accustomed to heavy dairy dishes. ✨ ALLA FACCIAZZA The award-winning pizza from 2017 Vancouver Pizza Challenge! Topped with mushrooms, prosciutto, basil, truffle cream and truffle oil. Incredibly fragrant, though notably greasy (not from the crust, but from oils drizzled after baking). ✨ GELATO I opted for the raspberry flavor - packed with real fruit pieces and perfectly balanced sweetness! The restaurant also boasts an extensive wine list - perfect for pairing with their charcuterie selections. 📍 Address: 2801 St Johns St, Port Moody, BC V3H 2C1 #VancouverEats #VancouverFoodie #BurnabyEats #PortMoody #CoquitlamEats #PizzaLover #ItalianCuisine
