Review of Bratislava's Brunch Scene
As a relatively niche travel destination, there aren't many notes available online about Bratislava's brunch scene yet. I tried a chain café and brunch spot in Bratislava, the capital of Slovakia, and here's a brief review. Order Details - Brioche France Toast with Bacon and Egg - €9.90 Two slices of French toast, one fried egg, two slices of crispy bacon, a side salad, and a serving of honey. The taste is decent but nothing particularly special. It's a standard brunch option.😍😍😍 - Baked Omelette with Herbs - €9.90 This is a more Eastern European-style omelette, similar to what I've had at hotels in Slovenia. It comes with a piece of herb omelette, two slices of whole wheat bread, and vegetables. The omelette tastes a bit bland and, personally, I think it's a bit too soft.😀😀😀 - Espresso with Chocolate and Fresh Roasted Nuts The café's coffee is quite unique. I ordered this combination of espresso, chocolate, and roasted nuts (which seemed to be hazelnuts, possibly seasonal). It looks great but the taste is a bit off. The three flavors don't blend well at all, and this one was a bit of a miss.❤️❤️❤️ Location It's a chain café with many branches in the city center. The one I visited was at Laurinská 7, 811 01 Bratislava. Price The average cost per person is around €10-15. Summary The café has a nice environment and good service, making it a good spot for taking photos and checking in. However, the brunch offerings are quite average in taste. The coffee is distinctive, but since I only tried one option and it didn't work out, I can't comment on the others. This review is based solely on my personal taste. I've attached the menu for reference. #brunch #brunchreview #Slovakia #Bratislava #foodreview #cafe #europecafe #travelfood
