Rhode Island | Everyone, Come Try This Xinjiang Restaurant!
A few days ago, I visited a friend in Rhode Island and tried a Xinjiang restaurant they recommended—it’s honestly one of the best Xinjiang meals I’ve had in the U.S.! 🧁 Xinjiang Stir-Fried Rice Noodles This dish is a bit spicy, so if you’re not into heat, maybe think twice! But it’s not overly oily or heavy, so I’d still highly recommend it. 🍮 Dapanji (Big Plate Chicken) The flavor is pretty classic—exactly what you’d expect from a good Dapanji. The portion is huge, perfect for sharing with a group. The potatoes and hand-pulled noodles in it were so satisfying! 🥨 Xinjiang Homemade Yogurt I’m absolutely obsessed with Xinjiang yogurt, okay? I order it every time 🤓 Their version is pretty authentic—great texture, not too sweet, and the toppings were just right. 💛 Ding Ding Fried Noodles This was my personal favorite—maybe because it was my first time trying it! It’s not too spicy, so even those with a low spice tolerance can enjoy it. 📍Jahunger Providence 333 Wickenden St, Providence, RI 02903 #RhodeIslandFood #RhodeIslandTravel #LifeInTheUS
