Rhode Island | Popular Italian Restaurant 🍝
📍 Massimo 🍝 Spaghetti ai Frutti di Mare (Seafood Pasta). You can taste the freshness of the ingredients, featuring scallops, shrimp, mussels, octopus, and squid. A must-try signature dish. 🍧 Spaghetti alla Carbonara. In addition to the classic cheese and ham, it’s topped with a raw egg. Mixing the pasta with the egg yolk is incredibly satisfying. Other main courses and desserts are also excellent:🍴 Polpette (Tomato sauce meatballs) 🍵 Anatra (Duck confit) 📍 Jahunger Providence This time, the dishes were not spicy at all and tasted quite mild.🐑 Baked Buns: The lamb filling was exceptionally fragrant, but the pastry was inconsistently thick and thin. 🍕 Nang Stir-fried Lamb: Highly recommended — the lamb was tender with no gaminess. Overall, the food was tasty, but: Ding Ding Stir-fried Noodles. Just average — the dough chunks were chewy, but there was very little meat. 🍜 Guo You Rou Ban Mian (Oil-Soaked Meat Noodles). The flavor was unusual — the noodles were overly oily and tasted sour and salty. #RhodeIsland #RhodeIslandFood #Providence
