💛The ramen menu here changes often. While the food menu is compact, the drink list is extensive — perfect for a late-night visit! They serve creative cocktails in beautifully unique glasses. 🍜 We tried the Carpenter St and 8st Prince‘s Shoyu. Both broths were incredibly rich and aromatic. The chashu (braised pork) was melt-in-your-mouth delicious. 💛If you love onions, go for the 8st Prince’s Shoyu — it’s loaded with finely chopped onions. Don’t forget to add a soft-boiled egg — it’s perfectly runny! 🍦 They offer two flavors of ice cream. We ordered the roasted corn & strawberry — not too sweet, with a subtle corn flavor and dried strawberry bits. The added koji (fermented rice) gave it a slightly tangy twist — so unique! ☕️ During the day, the space is rented to Reprise Coffee.
