Rhode Island Day Trip | Bringing Labubu to See the Mansions 🤣

I came to Rhode Island mainly for the fruit tart I’d been craving like crazy～ But since I was already here, I figured I might as well explore! And that’s how this Rhode Island day trip happened—with my “noble” Labubu in tow to visit the grand mansions. We spent the morning wandering around Newport, then picked up the fruit tart in Providence on our way back. 1️⃣ Cliff Walk + The Breakers - Newport We navigated straight here—just park wherever you find an empty spot, then start walking along Cliff Walk! You can enjoy the ocean views and feel the sea breeze on your face～ 🚶♀️🌊 Walk all the way to the end, and you’ll reach The Breakers ). If you want to go inside the mansion, you’ll need to buy a ticket; but if you just want to walk around the exterior and gardens, no ticket is needed—perfect for a casual stroll! 2️⃣ Brenton Point - Newport This beach is great for dipping your feet in the water, and there are kite sellers here if you want to fly a kite 🪁. There’s also a food truck here selling amazing Frozen Lemonade 🍋‍🟩 —it tastes totally different from the ones you get elsewhere! Make sure to try it if you come～ 3️⃣ Brick Marketplace - Newport I originally came here to take photos of the “Umbrella Street” I’d seen online 📷, but it looks like all the umbrellas had been taken down when I visited—total bummer! But this area has all kinds of shops and is super lively, so it’s still fun to wander around. 4️⃣ Kilwins - Newport We stumbled upon this ice cream shop while walking along the street! You can sample flavors before buying—though a lot of them are pretty sweet. I loved the cappuccino chocolate flavor, while my partner was obsessed with the mint chocolate one 🍦. 5️⃣ Pastiche Fine Desserts - Providence The fruit tart I’d been dreaming of! I pre-ordered a whole one, and when I picked it up in the afternoon, they already had no slices left. So if you just want a slice, definitely come early! The tart was totally worth the hype—no disappointment at all 🥧. 6️⃣ Ceremony - Providence I’d had my eye on their cute bear-themed drinks for ages 🐻, but by the time we got back to Providence, the shop was already closed. I’ll have to come earlier next time! 7️⃣ Tricycle Ice Cream - Providence I’d also been craving their ice cream sandwiches, but unfortunately, the shop wasn’t open the day we went. Right now, they only open from Thursday to Sunday—note to self for next trip! 8️⃣ Providence Place - Providence We stopped by this mall on our way back, and there’s a new Pop Mart store there.
