Rhode Island Food Guide đşď¸đ´
During my recent trip to Rhode Island, I checked out several restaurantsâand here are the ones that stood out, totally worth a visit! â BOLT COFFEE Located right in downtown Providence, this spot is perfect for a casual brunch or late breakfast! The food is simple but tastyâideal if youâre looking for a no-fuss, satisfying meal to start your day. 𼢠Mokban Korean Bistro (Providence) Super easy to find in the downtown area, and itâs a total winner for value and portion size! We tried two flavors of grilled chicken wings, and both were deliciousâjuicy, flavorful, and just the right amount of char. No complaints here! đ Den Den Korean Fried Chicken Itâs right across from Brown Universityâs bookstoreâhow convenient! The fried chicken here is actually unique and so yummyâcrispy on the outside, tender inside, with bold, addictive seasonings. Plus, thereâs no tip required, which is a nice little bonus! 𼌠CHOP This coffee shop/restaurant is on the first floor of the Providence Public Library. Heads up: the service is super slowâwe waited a while for our food. But hereâs the surprise: it was totally worth the wait! Their roasted cauliflower was insanely goodâso flavorful, I kept going back for more. We also tried the organic watermelon juice with jalapeĂąoâat first sip, it was so weird I almost spit it out đ, but I gradually got used to it⌠and ended up thinking it was pretty okay! đ° Pastiche Fine Desserts Nestled in Providenceâs West End, this dessert spot is a must for anyone with a sweet tooth! The fruit tarts are fresh, sweet, and perfectly creamyâso good! If you want a whole pie, you need to order a day in advance. Pro tip: a whole pie is pretty big, so one slice per person is more than enough. Their ĂŠclairs, cannoli, and peanut butter chocolate bites are also amazingâdonât miss them! đŞđ¸ Palo A famous Spanish restaurant in Providence, right in the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD) area. The portions are on the smaller side, but the flavors are big! Must-tries: the grilled corn on the cob, cheese platter, charred lamb chops, garlic shrimp, grilled squid, and yogurt with pomegranate seeds and pine nutsâall so unique and delicious. The roasted eggplant, though? Just so-so, skip it if youâre short on room! đŽđš RISTORANTE MASSIMO Located in Providenceâs West End, this is the cityâs top-ranked Italian restaurantâand for good reason! They use organic ingredients, hormone-free meats, and quality imported goods, so you know youâre eating something good. Their dinner menu has a set meal thatâs perfect if youâre looking for a lighter, more balanced meal. Check out the menu in Photo 10 for details! đŚ The Mooring Seafood (Newport) This coastal restaurant in Newport has stunning viewsâand since Rhode Island is famous for lobster, itâs a local favorite for seafood! Dinner time usually means long lines, but if you swing by after exploring the seaside mansions, the crowd thins out a lot. The seafood here is incredibly freshâseriously, you canât go wrong with whatever you order. Just sit back, enjoy the view, and dig in! #RhodeIsland #RhodeIslandEats #USATravel #FoodieAdventures #ProvidenceFood #NewportEats #ItalianFood #SpanishCuisine #SeafoodLovers #FoodGuide
