Richmond Hill | Authentic Korean Comfort Food in Foodie Street
Tucked away in a northern food court, Han Mi Jeong comes highly recommended for three classics: sweet & sour pork, jajangmyeon, and army stew—so we had to try! 🍽️ What We Ordered 🍖 Sweet & Sour Pork (Tangsuyuk) Massive portion—we had leftovers! The meat is crispy outside, juicy inside, coated in a balanced sweet-sour glaze (no harsh vinegar taste). Wish they offered a smaller/cheaper option though! 🍜 Jajangmyeon (Black Bean Noodles) Served in a literal bowl-sized portion! The sauce looks dark but tastes mild—similar to scallion oil noodles with bits of tender pork. 🥣 Beef Soup The letdown. At $16+, it was mostly broth with few meat slices and barely any glass noodles. Flavor was decent but not worth the price. 💡 Verdict Portions are HUGE (great for sharing) Best for: Jajangmyeon & tangsuyuk Next time: Trying their army stew and BBQ with friends! 📍 Han Mi Jeong Hidden inside a Richmond Hill food court #TorontoKoreanFood #ComfortFood #HiddenGems
