Rise Soufflé - I Love This Bowl-by-Bowl French Cuisine!
đThe newly opened Rise in West Plano is really great. Iâve been there twice in just one month. The first time, I ordered the black truffle mushroom soufflĂ©, which was truly amazing. I was also attracted by the pesto escargot (green juice snails) ordered by a lady at the next table, which inspired me to visit again. đAppetizer: I highly recommend the Marshmallow Soup. It features goat cheese thatâs as light as marshmallows, refreshing and not heavy. Salad: The Rise Salad, with shredded green apple, is refreshing and delicious. đMain Course: I recommend the truffle-infused mushroom soufflĂ©. The black truffle flavor is a real treat for the taste buds, and the portion is quite satisfying. Dessert: Praline Pecan SoufflĂ©. đThe second time, I tried the pesto escargot soufflĂ©. It wasnât as good as I had expected. The garlic flavor was strong, and the escargot was perfectly cookedâtender and juicy. But for me, eating it plain was a bit too greasy.
