Romantic Bistro at the Corner in LA--Here's Looking At You

⭐Uni Panna Cotta: My personal favorite dish! The uni mousse is topped with salmon roe and crispy fried rice, creating a very smooth texture that highlights the sweetness of the uni. The combination of textures is quite magical. The overall flavor is slightly sour, with onion and cilantro seasoning. It's very palatable with alcohol! ⭐Steak Tartare: The quality of the beef is a bit ordinary, but the seasoning is good, with a sweet and sour taste and a strong pepper flavor. The bean sprouts on top have a raw taste, which I personally don't like. ⭐Chicken Liver: The chicken liver mousse is very smooth and is paired with crushed nuts to add texture. However, the overall flavor has a strong alcoholic taste, which is somewhat bitter. It comes with jam and mustard sauce to cut the richness. ⭐Sprouted Broccoli: A very healthy dish, with broccoli covered in nuts, to be mixed and eaten. Initially, there's a strong ginger taste due to the pickled ginger, but it becomes more acceptable after getting used to it. The nuts are roasted, giving a rich nutty aroma when chewed. ⭐Frogs' Legs: Each frog leg is quite large and deep-fried. However, there's a very strong alcoholic flavor, and the juices are filled with alcohol, which can be bitter. The breading also has a strong alcoholic taste, and if you're not good at drinking, you might get drunk. The overall seasoning is sweet and spicy. 💰90 per person 📍Here’s Looking at you 3901 W 6th St, Los Angeles, CA 90020 #Here's Looking At You#Los Angeles#food diary
