Tried Chef Tian's this weekend β a popular Hunan spot originally from Vancouver! Came at noon and it was already packed. π The chefs are from Hunan, and they even play Breakfast in China documentaries β such a vibe! π₯ Plus, free ice cream by the door helps cool the spice. π¦ We ordered four dishes: π¦ Spicy Crab Pot β aromatic and rich, packed with roe! Served with cauliflower, lotus root, and wood ear mushrooms. Great for leftovers too! π Abalone & Pepper Pork β classic stir-fry with tender meat and flavorful peppers. π½ Minced Pork with Corn β chewy, savory, and fragrant. πΆοΈ Sour Radish with Tripe β tangy, spicy, and appetizing. Best eaten fresh!
