Stopped by this unassuming Cantonese restaurant today—and every dish made us want to applaud! 👏 Looks simple, tastes incredible, with serious wok hei in every bite. 🔸 Pan-Fried Rice Noodles with Scrambled Egg & Minced Beef So fragrant! The noodles had crispy edges, paired with silky eggs and savory beef. We fought over the last bite—cleaned the plate in minutes. 🔸 Sizzling Iron Plate Pork Intestine (A MUST‼️) Arrived still sizzling loudly—total appetite trigger! The intestine was crispy, not gamey at all, and the iron plate char took the flavor to another level. You’ll regret skipping this one! 🔸 Also ordered: Black Pepper Beef Cubes, Shrimp Scrambled Egg, Pork Rice Noodle Roll, Salt & Pepper Chicken Wings, Dry-Fried Beef Ho Fun, and Egg Puffs. Every dish was seasoned just right—kid-friendly, homestyle, and satisfying. The rice noodle roll was generously filled, the ho fun stayed springy, and the beef was tender without being greasy. Crowd favorites all around! The space is clean, bright, and great for family meals (they have large tables!). Service is quick, portions are generous, and the wok work is consistently impressive.
