SA Food Review | 🤠 German Cowboy-Style Fine Dining
This restaurant really stands out! It blends German cowboy vibes with a fine-dining twist — from the decor to the lighting, everything feels a bit elevated yet relaxed. Think "casual but classy" with a touch of rustic charm. 🍹 Mocktails: If you love alcohol-free drinks, don’t miss their mocktail menu! We tried two, and both were delicious: 🍊 Lady Bird — A grapefruit-forward mix, sweet and citrusy with a fizzy finish. Refreshing and perfect for summer! 🍃 Mojito Refresher — A non-alcoholic mojito with lemon, mint, and a hint of cucumber. Light, balanced, and super photogenic! ✨ 🍴 Food: We ordered an appetizer platter — the onion rings were Texas-sized 😂, but overall, the platter looked better than it tasted. The tacos were just okay, and the chips with queso didn’t stand out. Probably wouldn’t recommend it. But here’s the star ⭐: Their Chicken & Waffles were amazing! The fried chicken was crispy on the outside, juicy inside, and packed with flavor. Paired with fluffy waffles and a drizzle of honey sauce — the perfect sweet-and-savory combo. Highly recommend! ✅ 📌 Final Thoughts: A unique spot where German cowboy charm meets fine-dining polish — great for family dinners, brunch with friends, or a relaxed weekend meal. If you’re looking for a place with good vibes, tasty drinks, and a touch of elegance, add this to your list! 🤍 #LifeInTheUS #SanAntonio #FineDiningVibes #CowboyChic #FoodieFinds #MocktailLove
