🀌🏼 Miyazaki Wagyu Katsu Sando: 🌟🌟🌟 Three and a half stars (if anyone knows how to make half a star in a review, please teach me, haha). Their signature πŸŽ€ Wagyu beef is very fatty and rich in oil, but it's a bit tough for me (not the super tender kind of Wagyu). The bread on the side wasn't very crispy when it was served, and we had to wait quite a long time for this dish, almost an hour. It only barely met my expectations. 🀌🏼 Wagyu Beef Hand Roll🌟🌟🌟🌟 I originally wanted to order the Wagyu uni hand roll, but it seems the restaurant doesn't have it recently (boo, uni is my favorite). However, the hand roll with just Wagyu beef is still quite delicious. πŸ™ The beef is rich in oil, tender and smooth, and especially fragrant when wrapped in nori. Recommended! 🀌🏼 Half Dozen Shigoku Osyter:🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Unexpectedly, my favorite dish at this place is a snack. The oysters are not very large πŸ¦ͺ, but they are very fresh and delicious. With yuzu sauce, I really love them. Oyster lovers must not miss this, highly recommended!! 🀌🏼 Egg on Egg on Egg: 🌟🌟🌟 As the name suggests, it's steamed egg with sea urchin and caviar on top. The use of the word 'cover' in the description is quite vivid! Personally, I think the flavors are sorted by volume, with each layer covering the next, and none of them stand out. Instead, this makes the dish quite ordinary. πŸ™ƒ πŸ“ SakaMai πŸ“Ž157 Ludlow St, New York, NY 10002 #SakaMai # New York # sushi#Japanese Cuisine
