Salt Lake City|A Place You’ll Miss Long After Every Visit 💭🌹
Spring arrives slowly in Salt Lake City, and before you know it, the sunlight and gentle breezes of early summer are already swaying in every corner 🌤️🍃 I love the patio at the side entrance of The Rose—whether leaning against the street railings or nestled beside the old red brick walls 🧱, with a soft breeze and dappled shade under the trees, every sip here tastes like early summer, bright and just perfect 🌿 The baristas at The Rose are truly skilled—their coffee and English tea drinks are memorable from the first sip. The most stunning is their London Fog 🇬🇧… so much that I’ve made it my benchmark. I’ve ordered it at many cafes around Salt Lake, but no one does it better! ️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ London Fog It’s no exaggeration to say this drink made me fall in love with this café. It was my first time realizing that a Western-style milk tea could rival ones from back home! 🥛☕️ 🍵 Matcha Latte As someone who always orders matcha lattes, I can confidently say: this one is delicious! 💚 🌱 Summer Seasonal Specials Sakura Samarai 🌸 Such a beautiful drink! The matcha on top is authentic, but the cherry blossom syrup underneath is too sweet. Even after mixing, it’s still very sweet—diluting it with water helped a bit. Jasmine Lavender Tea Latte 🪻 Loved it! A jasmine milk tea with a subtle hint of lavender—the perfect comfort in the afternoon. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Brunch Bowl 🥗 You can choose your egg style—I love sunny-side up 🍳 with perfectly runny yolk. The snap peas 🫛 are sweet and crisp, and the avocado 🥑 adds healthy fats. The Romesco sauce is the soul of the dish: sweetness from roasted tomatoes, nutty aroma, and a subtle heat from smoked dried chili. This dish is meat-free, but you can add bacon. ️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Turkish Egg 🇹🇷 Greek yogurt paired with poached eggs, perfect for dipping with sourdough. The yogurt has mildly spicy pepper flakes and toasted garlic—I personally think it could use some fresh herbs like dill or mint for more freshness. ️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Croque Madame The portion is huge—great for two people to share. The crusty country bread isn’t as well-structured as Eva’s, but it’s still good. The side salad balances well, with sunflower seeds echoing the richness of the Gruyère sauce. Ambience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Average cost: $25 per person Parking: Free parking is hard during peak hours, but paid spots are plentiful. An automatic 18% gratuity is applied.
