đSalt Lake Cityď˝Brunch đĽď˝Beaumont Bakery
Still only know Gourmandise for brunch? Thatâs so last season~ đ Beaumont is a bit off the beaten path but incredibly popularâeven on weekdays, itâs hard to snag a seat at lunchtime! On weekends, be prepared to wait over an hour đâł. âď¸âď¸âď¸ Recommend going before 2 PMâpastries sell out fast in the evening, and they donât bake additional batches! đĽ Their specialty is ââPastryââ, with a wide selection of filled croissants and cruffins. Absolutely love their ââđPistachio Croissantââânot too sweet, packed with nutty pistachio flavor. Make sure to ask them to heat it up! đĽ Their ââAlmond Croissantââ has a creative twist: added blueberries and loads of frangipane (almond cream). Personally, I found it a bit too rich, but the blueberries help balance it. Perfect to share between two girlsâguilty but satisfying! đ The ââStrawberry Cruffinââ is a signature itemâmany people take multiple home đ. Buttery and sweet, but remember to heat it up! Otherwise, it can be too hard and the flavors wonât shine. (Iâm usually not a cruffin fanâtoo sugary and butteryâbut if you are, you must try theirs!) đĽ For lighter options, they offer salads and sandwiches. Highly recommend the ââđOrange and Beets Saladâââarugula and beets with a citrus-based dressing, topped with toasted pistachios. Healthy yet flavorful, perfectly balancing out that pastry guilt! đ Their sugar cookies and tarts look adorable but arenât worth the caloriesâjust cute for photos! đ¸â¨ #SaltLakeCityEats #LifeInSLC #WeekendEats #SLCFoodReview #MyFoodDiary #FoodShare #FoodieUSA #Inspiration #COTD #SLCTravel #BrunchGoals #PastryLover #WeekendBrunch #FoodieFind #BakeryLove
