Still only know Gourmandise for brunch? That’s so last season~ 😉 Beaumont is a bit off the beaten path but incredibly popular—even on weekdays, it’s hard to snag a seat at lunchtime! On weekends, be prepared to wait over an hour 🕐⏳. ❗️❗️❗️ Recommend going before 2 PM—pastries sell out fast in the evening, and they don’t bake additional batches! 🥐 Their specialty is Pastry, with a wide selection of filled croissants and cruffins. Absolutely love their 🌟Pistachio Croissant—not too sweet, packed with nutty pistachio flavor. Make sure to ask them to heat it up! 🔥 Their Almond Croissant has a creative twist: added blueberries and loads of frangipane (almond cream). Personally, I found it a bit too rich, but the blueberries help balance it. Perfect to share between two girls—guilty but satisfying! 😋 The Strawberry Cruffin is a signature item—many people take multiple home 🍓. Buttery and sweet, but remember to heat it up! Otherwise, it can be too hard and the flavors won’t shine. (I’m usually not a cruffin fan—too sugary and buttery—but if you are, you must try theirs!) 🥗 For lighter options, they offer salads and sandwiches. Highly recommend the 🌟Orange and Beets Salad—arugula and beets with a citrus-based dressing, topped with toasted pistachios.
